MAIN FLOOR
Custom 4-point Void Incubus rig
A stripped concrete box with the ceiling ripped out. No stage, no barrier, no VIP. The booth sits at floor level so the DJ sweats with everyone else.

A 700-capacity concrete room under the railway arches. Three floors, one sound policy: loud, low and unsentimental. No stage, no phones, no guest list — just techno until the trains start again.
Substrata opened in a disused goods depot in 2016 with a borrowed rig and a hand-painted door sign. Nothing since has been aimed at a photograph. The lights stay low, the fog stays thick and the programme leans on residents and long sets rather than one-hour flying visits.
We book artists who play for the room in front of them. We keep the floor dark so people stop performing and start dancing. If you arrive at 04:00 you have not missed the good bit — you have arrived for it.
Set times are held to the minute. Doors 23:00, last entry 03:00, the Concrete Room stays open past sunrise.

Tickets are released in two waves — first wave is always cheaper and always gone. Nothing is held back for the door.
Vault Mechanic, Nadja Feld, Kel Trace, OSHRA
Ana Vesper, Dry Circuit, Substrata Sound System
Marrow, LOKI B2B Tessellate, Vault Mechanic
Coil Theory, Perc, Kaltbrück
TBA — full lineup announced 20.09
A 1930s goods depot under the Rotherhithe arches. Bare brick, no decoration, everything spent on the rigs.

Klipsch La Scala horn stack, vinyl-first
Low arches, one red bulb, air you can taste. Electro, breaks and whatever the guest brought in a record bag. Phones down, requests refused.
Ambisonic 12-channel array
The slow room. Dub techno, ambient and hour-long beatless stretches for the back end of the night. Open until the sun is properly up.
Read them before you queue. They are not decorative and the door team does not negotiate.
Cameras get a sticker at the door. Shoot the queue, not the dancefloor. One warning, then you're out.
Racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny or unwanted touching ends your night immediately and permanently. Speak to any staff member in acid-green.
We're not selecting on clothes or wallets. We're selecting for people who came to dance. Come alone, come early, come sober-ish.
Physical photo ID, no exceptions, no matter how convincing your face is. Last entry 03:00 unless stated otherwise.
No sign, no queue barrier, one steel door with a green bulb above it. If you can hear it, you're close.
